That is why he passed the Judicial Impunity Treaty with Washington, which allowed Americans to commit any crime in Iran without being prosecuted.
When Imam Khomeini (RA) opposed this law, which made Iranians lower than American dogs, the ordered his arrest.
When people protested against the Shah's unjust arrest of the Imam (RA), he killed 1000s of demonstrators and ordered the bodies to be thrown in the salt lake in Qom, where they melted.

My family and myself experienced all the Shah's harshness and we also experienced all of Khomeini's clans harshness and beleive me Shah was an angel in comparison. This regime thrives on instability so they confuse people and fill their pockets. They all stealing nations wealth in the name of Islam. Islam is and will be rejected in Iran forever. Shah "over stepped" his authority in relation to west and they were terrified of some of his comments, they did not mind seeing him go. The revolution of 79 was initially to re-establish constitutional Monarchy in its pure form. It was later hi-jacked by the Mullahs. Saddam helped this regime consolidate their control by invading Iran. however, I can tell you with 100% confidence that in our life time the grave of Khomeini will be wiped out and ideologically bankrupt Islam will be no more.
