  • woooow thanks this really helped me !!! =D

  • Talks way way too fast, most people do not explain normally at warp speed, please slow the speech down some.

  • The American Andy JAmes lol

  • What's the meaning of IMAM?

  • @RaphaelRelic (i) is index, (m) is middle, (a) is third or ring finger. And if you ever come across (p) that's for your thumb. haha

  • thnx dude:p

  • Sound ?

  • good exercises, but you should say the notes.

  • i tried to delete the first comment after i understand what 0 means lol

  • this man is awesome thnx alot !

  • wtf is 0 !

  • @sagixcv10 0 means finger-free strumming. Like 1 2 0 3, when it's time to play 0, you just pick the string without any fingers on it.

  • OMG its howie mandel

  • Hey Mr. Cameraman let us see his right hand when he is talking about the right hand!

  • I thouth P I M A meant no use of Pinky?

  • haha sorry but i didnt learn anything. was i supposed too?? or was this just a joke? beginners please visit GuitarLessons[dot]tk

  • This guy has BAD technique. His left hand fingers are flying way off the fingerboard. He's not placing the fingers down properly, i could go on and on about his atrocious technique but i will refrain from embarrassing him further. Pebber Brown would wince at this, i'm sure. It's clear he's NOT classically trained in any way. Please don't copy his left hand position folks.

  • i like how he's trying so hard to play the intro piece lol

  • these are great little exercises - thanks so much!

  • Good i can understand it its shows u with numbers u can do it on numbers

  • i don't get it?

  • i want to lean how to play gutair i do not no what a 4 sttring is ehhh x_X

  • he looks like a gym rat.

  • he talks fine- everyone seems to pick on him for no reason. he is an ok teacher.

  • Almost impossible to understand what he's saying.

  • okk....i don't how the hell i'm supposed to be able to do that

  • This guy needs to play heavy metal not classical lol. he definitly doesnt sound or look the part hehe. keep it up tho man you play wonderfully!

  • small tip, open the CC and Enjoy.

  • he just talking left hand position (finger to be exact) and the goal of his exercice is to practice left hand finger independance, but one thing missing... we never see the right hand (movement is i m a m i m etc...) it's still a good exercice to begin, not so easy thing ... but great benefice for the play. Pratice it slowly, important thing is left hand finger position and rigth hand synchronisation. to be pratice with metronom.(i think for the last 3 or 2 cords use your thumb)

  • uh, didn't understand a word u just said.

  • fails lol no offence

  • I think he's talking to himself

  • Is there any way to get a playlist that has these videos in order?

  • Oh now I understand thanks!

  • Comment removed

  • what a waste of time. can't understand a ting. he is talking to experts, not beginners.

  • can i know what music it is for u make a big video but i like it heheh,,

  • cool .. i like this

  • expert village lmao

  • he looks more like a metal guitarist lol.

  • anyone who would intentionally wear a confederate flag on their shirt is no classical artist.

  • @smoothie66 fuck you

  • @Zaku009 I appreciate and respect your straight-forward approach to communication, but may I ask why you are saying this?

  • @smoothie66 everybody just needs good fuck you every now and then. you're welcome.

  • @Zaku009 lolol, well, fuck u too, then. oh, and have a nice weekend.

  • thank you

  • Comment removed

  • lol

  • @gossipgrl38 lol

  • @gossipgrl38 then why the fuck are you here

  • and rest strokes .

  • can someone explains whats IMAM

  • @ilusq p=RH thumb

    i=RH index

    m=RH middle

    a=RH ring

    c=RH pinky

  • Does anyone know what song he plays in the introduction to these videos?

  • im left handed but i play right handed guitar and i have my whole life, but i have problems with picking especally with tremolo and galloping :\ any suggestions?

  • um have you ever heard of switching the strings lol

  • i find it hard to play cords when the frets are far apart i cant press down enough so its just make a plain short sound

  • for the right hand is hard to understand it..... he says I, M, A, M, i is for index, M for middle and A?

  • @balbinovich A stands for "Anulare" which is ring finger

  • so your wrist doesn't have to be straight for those low frets?

  • just tart by learning a couple of easy songs and skip this boring nonsense.

  • 00:59

    SAUSURRHJSKRRR OUTT

    hahahahaha wtf his saying

  • That seems fun and difficult !_! And you owe me 50,0000000¥ lol iPods are cool I don't mean anything about the yen thingy.

  • obviously this is a video, so for those who think its to fast, just pause it or replay it. Solutions can by easy to find ...

  • except, i had to repeat those like 4 times

  • This is a fingering exercise. It is meant to be done a whole lot more than 4 times. relax.

be patient with yourself and you will eventually get wher you want to go.

  • very nice.

  • perfect,,,very understandable. except the video was short, if this video is for begginer it should be slower and repeated.

  • he's talking so fast as if tomorrow is the end of the world.

  • @frodonet it is...

  • @frodonet lolol yeah this is like a mechanic teaching classical guitar hahaha

  • And this is why you should get a teacher rather than watching half-assed 3 minute videos that barely give you any tutelage with the instrument.

  • lmao...

  • i thought it was pretty self explanatory and easy.

  • He doesn't explain the rest stroke, he doesn't give an accurate idea of how to properly position your right hand - understandably, I suppose, he HASN'T done so - and he goes incredibly fast. No beginner is going to be able follow along, and they're not going to get sound with necessary technique at all. Further, this is not a great entry point for them, as he doesn't give them ideas as to where to go from here.

  • Rest stroke sounds like it is supposed to be. I am a beginner. He goes a bit faster. but all you have to do is memorize the first exersice then the secon, third.. etc.. Where to go from here? I think these are just exersices to develop speed and better control. Where to go from here is where ever you want! :)

  • hahaha its like im studying math

but stil i dont understand what these numbers for ?? i wanna learn a music..

  • You can learn basic note reading or chord reading at any music school. Most elem., H.S. and colleges have music teachers. I go to the bookstore and look for songbooks with my favorite pieces/songs in them and practice like crazy till It sounds close to the original, having a CD of your song is very helpful too. If there's a music teacher or just a friend who knows the piece well then I observe how the person does it and ask for tips. =)

  • thank u soooo much =)

u kno i have a guitar... n i acually dno the notes or anything i juz play how i listen to it..... do u think i should learn the notes from a book or i have to get a teacher to learn them ??

  • Haha that nutcase looks like he wants to rock the fuck out of that guitar but he has to keep telling himself that the days of being a metal head have long gone.

  • dont dig why yoiu imagine everyone wants to play rock the fuck?

  • I don't understand - where is the 0?????? :|

  • zero is open string

  • obviously he open string. If you want to learn how to play classical screw number and learn to read music.

  • how do you read music then -.-

  • classical guitar is supposed to be played with fingers, not pick

  • os the pic ok with classic

  • this excersize seems to be for promoting independence of each finger on the left hand, hence the different combinations, doing it with a pick is fine

  • How many Classical Guitarists have you seen using a pick you dork. And at the beginning, our bald friend said to use, and i repeat, THE REST STROKE which is a CLASSICAL guitar technique. Go get a teacher.

  • wat string was he playing in

  • thank you am practicin to play classical for bout month nw its very helpful wz my left finger its getting longer than before haha

  • guys bend the fucking wrist ad aply the presure to press the strings with the forearm not your hand, ad use the very tip of your fingers right by the nail, i know is harder at the begining but it pays of later, one more thing when you press the strings down dont let your fingers touch the fingerboard , only the strings.

  • this guy`s left hand position sucks.

  • lol actually tats number was frets rite?..

i tink dis is good exercise...

  • emmmm 1 2 3 0 4 2... fuck man im gonna return my guitar

  • =*( I'm not a natural or an easy learner at this i want to throw this guitar across the room

  • LMAO!!!! I was just thinking the same thing OMG, I've searched through different vids for beginners and no one is teaching slow enough, and besides that THEY are facing me so if they had a mirror image I'd see exactly where my fingers are supposed to go Uh! This is so frustrating! This makes day 2 and I know I'll get it, it just sucks not knowing, once I do learn I'll put up a proper video and take lots of questions, I love teaching so if I get it soon enough, maybe we can learn together. :)

  • This is of no use to anyone, what a boring thing to practise.

Show some scales or something, or at least tell people what use this is to them

  • your mathematics has lost me

  • i'm in middle school and ever since getting into randy rhoads years ago i learned to play classical as well its harder then people think

  • LOL 71803 VIDS? thats ridiculous

  • Why not play more commonly used scales (for example straight minor or major) instead of the chromatic scale as base of the excercise? that way you'll probably learn som scales as well as synchronizing the right and left hand...

  • The fingers and frets correspond to one another linearally making the exercise much simpler than the more complex movements in straight scales. Start here, get the fingers coordinated and strengthened then those scales will come much easier...

  • hmm... well, I've allways practiced using scales and at least I find it more practical. But I do see your point and I have done some few chromatic excercises...

  • thank you so much!!!

  • thanks alot

  • dude awesome

  • why do u have so many vids/
