According to Wikipedia's National debt by US presidents, in his 1st term, Bush 2.0 raised the debt by 6.9%, and in his 2nd term by 11.7%.

In his first 8 months of presidency, Obama has already raised the national debt by 10.1%. At this rate, he will raise the national debt by more than 60% by the end of his first term.
