@piplup2009 War Machine still has repulsor rays just like Iron Man does, though in the fight against the Drones I don't think he uses them, only at the very end against Whiplash.

WM's repulsors aren't weapons grade. They're used for flight and very weak blasts only. In the films that's because their were from the MK2, which never made it past flight testing stage. In the comics it's because the repulsors were added in later on after the WM armor had been made and used a few times.

Terrance Howard has the size of Jim Rhodes. I mean, in the comics, he is a pretty big, muscular dude.

But honestly, I prefer Don Cheadle as Rhodey/War Machine. He's more serious, down to business and he fits the military aspects of the character. I like the direction he's taken with the character, compared to the first film, where it seemed like he was used for comic relief to a degree.

maybe some people should read up on it before they get into a shouting match maybe. Cheadle is replacing Howard, because:

1. Howard was the first signed to the movie, and was getting paid more than any other actor including Robert Downey Jr.

Reason number 2. Almost every scene with Howard had to be shot several times because he was having so much trouble acting. I like both actors, but in all reality it was a much better choice to give Cheadle this one.

I have to agree that Terence Howard looked more like Rhodey, but I have faith in Don Cheadle, because he is one great actor.

I'm more worried about the Iron Man 2 soundtrack, I'm going to be really disappointed if the theme "Driving with the Top Down" by Iron Man composer Ramin Djawadi, isn't goin to be used in the sequel, because I consider that to be the definite Iron Man theme.
