To answer the question about when did NHRA stop allowing old cars in Pro Stock. NHRA does not allow body styles over 5 years old to run in Pro Stock. That rule has been effect at least 25 to 30 years.
I know he didn't get the rear that high but I just wonder if NASCAR style roof flaps would ever work on these cars in this situation....I know we are talking about 2 different diciplines of racing but its just a thought

Has a Pro Stock car ever done a full "blowover" before? Doesn't seem like it could, usually they tip over the second they get sideways.
