can you help me plz i got problems on windows 7 ultimate

my home-group service wont turn on peer network identifier and the other one

and my internet connects but when i click on the internet it say diagnostic service problem there was no problem with diagnostics

my internet wont work help me plz

erm when i create a homegroup, it all works fine. But when i try to access someone elses files, the icon wont work. ill click it but nothing happens. I also made sure that i had them all as share with homegroup (read/write) but still nothing. any idea why?

also they are all on home network

@Firemajestix check out 5:15 of this video. I had a similar problem. try adding it to your libraries. I have a video for that also. if you go to C:\Users\YourUserName you will notice it is locked. It doesnt effectively share files that are within your user folder. Keep me posted.
