Bah.. I don't like these kind of videos which shows you the "how to". I believe if people don't know how to do something they should just try it and when they face real needs/problems they will come up with original solutions. So once they are out there "around the world" they can get the maximum out of their experience, and find by themselves what's worth to put in THEIR backpacks. But of course, this is only the way I see it. Greetings by a traveler "out there"

@dariodrz I totally understand where you're coming from. It's true that people should just try things but there is a reason why this video gets a decent amount of views on it each month. The answer? People are searching for videos on "How to pack for an around the world trip". This video isn't intended to be put out there so everyone can make a checklist and make sure they pack everything that I pack. It just gives you ideas on what to pack. Thank you for your feedback!

Very good video.  I always imagine it being very difficult to pack everything a person needs in a RTW trip in a backpack but seeing it done here makes it seem more reasonable.

@HsiWangHu Thank you! It's definitely difficult, but I will say it's far more difficult for a woman! At least that's what my girlfriend has proved to me.

It is probably too late, but I suggest you do not pack stuff that you will not use for a long time, like mosquito net. You can buy that locally if you find that you need it (which you will find that you probably won't).

@Likse78 Thank you for your reply. Yes, you're a little late but that's okay. Also, I would like to let you know what the mosquito net came in super handy and we're really happy to have packed it, but thanks for the tips anyways!
