I love you! Great video. Apply the gel directly to front of teeth and then put on the guard. Also, the complete kit for blucigs electronic cigs is about 80usd through the site or at walgreens. 2 batteries, case that charges and holds cartridges, wall charger for the case, USB charger and a pack of cartridges. I "need" them less and less as the weeks go and it's only been 2 months. Refills sold at walgreens DONT buy the disposable! Good luck :D

I don't like the strips either I think they taste terrible, Do you have to use the teeth whitening system everyday?

I love the new hair color.

Not going to tell you to quit smoking but my husband and I were smokers for a very long time (over 24 yrs.) and we quit cold turkey in 2005. I don't miss it at all.

@maratbabe Thanks an Well the product reccomends you use it twice a day for two weeks then after you get your teeth as white as you want you just need to use it like twice a week to maintain them but I have only used it for about three weeks now and I just used it once a day but you could do it everyother day if you want but the less you use it, it will just take a little longer to get your teeth whiter an congrats on quitting cold turkey I could never lol I hope the eletronic cigs work too ( :
