Hi, I recently picked up a S750 and the sound is as good as I rememember it being, particularly on the bass end but do you find that its full dynamic range isn't picked up by your soundcard? I use an M-audio fastrack ultra which has a very clean sound quality but it cannot get the full low end from the sampler.

when i was using the S750 i didn't record it into a computer, i would mix the S750 parts "live" into my mixer. but anyway, what you are suggesting isn't the case -- what you are hearing is not some mysterious unrecordable frequency from the S750 - it's the fault of your soundcard. people pay a lot of $ for high-quality A-D for a reason. the M-Audio may sound OK for some things, but it is a budget soundcard. try an Apogee Duet or even an RME Fireface and you'll hear what i mean.
