Looking and sounding very good. Nice even rhythm and timing. Just needs a little practice and perhaps better hand/arm position while your punching. You got the ear for it! Keep training, you CAN do it!!

To say thats pretty intense is an understatement. You combine effort and humor and that makes for a great attitude. You have some serious coordination skills even though you are playing. Hang in there man you will pick it faster than you think, speedbagskunk has many great videos that will help you out .I think try some hand wraps see how it feels,I like to feel the bag for better control.
