@thatbastardson This workshop is to help those with trust issues. We get paid to help people learn to trust again. Don't be afraid to contact us for anything.
@treyshooter94 And she trusted them enough that they would all be back and ready when she counted down. Trust is something taught from an early age, but can be relearned through a good workshop.
@ImprettysureImright To show their level of trust. They could have decided not to come back, but they did, and they were ready to catch her. That's real trust and team building.
@SAvAgeGaMeR320 To build trust. If they never came back when she fell, there would be no trust, but they did. That's where the trust, and team, is built.
JIM GROUT! You and Nicki are awesome- best adventure trainers ever. Just today I used this trust fall variation with a college group and it was very meaningful to them. THANK YOU for your great work! High 5 rules!
@harshLesson Well, we're real outdoorsy people who are in the sun all day, and we work hard and have good jobs. That would be the exact opposite of which you speak.
@OzmoPsalm No, she wasn't. That's why it's called a TRUST fall. The person falling has to trust their team with their life, and they do, and it works. It's a teambuilding activity.
I had to do this I girl scout camp when I was like 7 but the platform was higher up, no one ever caught me hence y I have a metal plate in my head, my mom never trusted me when I told her girl scout camp was like boot camp, they made us do insane shit
@Eganthevile1 Everyone has a level of apprehension, some more than others. If you trust the team you're working with enough, you don't feel the need to look. That's why this is a team building workshop, to help coworkers trust eachother, in and out of the work field.
@sasrutolee It's a team building, trust falling "game". If the person trusts the team enough, they will close their eyes and let themselves go, fully believing that even though their fellow team members are walking away, they will be back in time to catch them before the 10 seconds is up.
@brandon714 Not a fail, a trust fall. The person falling trusts you enough, knowing that even when you walk away, you will be there in time to catch them, well ahead of time. Completely safe, teaching you to trust your team and fellow workers.
@brandon714 It isn't a fail, and if you came to my video just to watch someone fall and get hurt, then you're sadistic and need psychological evaluation. I'm sorry, but my workshops are about TRUST and for anyone interested in team and leadership building, not for little kids to make snarky comments on.
The last time I did the Trust Fall, I was 14, landed on the ground on my Stomach because they didn't catch me. I can't remember the last time I had such a physical pain that I had Tears coming out of my eyes....
@LillyTeal She knew where to fall, they were dependable and they caught her. No risk when you have a dependable team behind you, literally and metaphorically.
note too self: never trust kids
KerrDogga 4 months ago
@KerrDogga Well, we wouldn't have children in one of these classes. That goes without saying.

Hard landing but at least it was safe with there being like 12 people catching her....
kimbre22 1 year ago
@kimbre22 Exactly. That's the kind of sportsmanship I expect in my programs. Working together to build trust in any working team and environment.
adkhikertom 4 months ago
They must be strong or she is light because they barely even flinched when she fell.....
kimbre22 1 year ago
@kimbre22 When you build a solid human bridge as we did, we're able to catch just about anyone.

Oh gosh. I don't know if I could do that.
