2 Samual 24:9 gives a round figure of 500,000 fighting men in Judah. Thats 30,000 more than than the same story told in 1 Chronicles 21:5...But thats NOT a contradiction....WHY?
Because 1 Chronicles 21:6 clearly states Joab intentionally didnt count certain troops when his King ordered him to count the men.giving his king a false number..(King David ordered his son Solomon to execute Joab for his betrayal) Soloman did.

ALSO I want to point out the buying of the potters field. Matt. said the guards made the purchase.But Paul wrote in Acts says Judas did..What really happened was the guards took Judas's money and made the buy on behalf of Judas.. ALL of this was prophecised in advance by the way..by 700 years. Zechariah 11:12-13

From a Christian point of view New Testament is a fulfillment of Old testament prophecy & a CONTINUATION of Gods revelation of himself to man. The FINAL revelation in which He fully revealed himself through Jesus. Christians accept the OT as accurate & True, leading to the NT. Most Jewish people don't accept the NT.

@h2pub every word variation in the NT manuscripts is of MINOR imp (spelling variations, etc) and NONE have ANY effect on major doctrines. We have 1000s of ancient manuscripts we can compare to each other & its amazing how SIMILAR they are - NO major differences. Minor ones that don't have any signifigant effect on meaning & doctrine. I also have a Jwish Bible & cant find any major differences in it from my Bible either other then is doesnt have the NT in it & the books are in a different order.

Secondly According to the Christians, Jesus allowed people to eat pork which contradicts the teachings of Moses. The Christians also believe in the trinity which also contradicts.

@Justoneofthebrothers why is the trinity such a difficult concept for you. An equalateral triangle has 3 points but is one triangle one shape One entity. The whole universe is a trinity (space time and matter) but one universe. GOD is an omnipresent spirit who in all his fullness of all he is indwelled christ manifesting himself to man through jesus the perfect reflection of the Father & the perfect represetation of his nature. The Holy Spirit is Gods Spirit acting through Jesus in the world.

@shellback1970 Firstly Islam is a completly monotheistic religion, it is for this reason that Jewish Rabbi's allow Jews to pray in a Muslim mosque but do not allow Jews to pray in a Christian church. We do not bow down to idols, we do not even make images of anything that is in the heavens or on the earth (which is one of the commandments that the Christians do not want to follow... ----> See the pictures and statues of Jesus and Mary everywhere?).

@shellback1970 We don't bow down to the black stone, it's not a God I have more power than it has, it is a stone that came from heaven, if you were in paradise and kissed the earth beneath your feet does that mean you are worshipping it? We have to go around the Kaaba 7 times we use the black stone so we know where to start and when our 7th run is finished.

@Justoneofthebrothers Ok lets add some perspective. BOTH places A church in the vatican and the kaaba have something in common. The worship of false Gods happened in thier locations. The ancient Romans worshipped Jupiter. When Christianity came all the Roman gods were removed and forgotten.Muslims can't make that claim. That black stone was there and in USE, when people worshipped Hubal and 350 other idols in the same spot. I will NOT worship God with a relic once used to worship IDOLS.
