I agree - good lad. He gives the lads who've passed the buck a pretty clear ultimatum and finishes positive by making changes and delivering his instructions clearly, nothing too confusing. Could be a decent non league manager.

This team talk is very good. He got what he wanted to say off his chest at first and then came up with very good coaching points tactics at the end
