I used to have this toy. It was awesome, never broke or anything either. I had most of the main characters, but this one and my Depth Charge were the only ones that didn't break. I donated them to a summer program for kids last summer along with all my other toys that were in good shape. I probably coula got some money for em, but I'm happy to know they will be played with instead of sitting on some nerds dresser.

I've just recently discovered that the proper transformation for the jet mode is to have the arms pulled out for the extended wingspan, then flip them backwards and rotate the wings. It doesn't look much better, but that's how it's supposed to go.

Pretty sure you transformed it wrong in Tank Mode, I've seen it in tank mode and it looked good, and normal, and the cockpit was in a different spot, where it should be.

In robot mode his arms are meant to be pulled out from his chest further, and the hand you swapped to and put his gun is was actually his monkey fist, you had the robot hands n the first 3 modes out
