@haloCE6 if you have any sort of effects processing programs for wav files or whatever (pro tools, cubase, etc..) im sure theres some standard consumer programs somewhere but its nothing more than a large room reverb with a reverse and delay effect over the original voice file.

In Old Naxx, the Lich King's voice sounded broken and split because back then the different personalities that composed the entity of the Lich King were still vying for who would become the dominant one.

If I'm not mistaken, at the end of the Arthas novel, the personality of Death Knight Arthas subdues both his own humanity and the personality of Ner'Zhul, becoming the dominant personna of the Lich King entity, and amalgaming the knowledge and memories of Ner'Zhul.
