The scariest part would be going above water and not being able to see where the shark was when you were swimming toward the boat

That is a sand tiger shark. Not a tiger shark. Sand tigers are not as dangerous and should be treated like a stray dog. Tiger sharks generally should be feared. They aren't super aggressive but are hungry/curious enough to take a bite out of anything they see.
