I graduated from high school back in 2009. I was in AFJROTC every semester. For us that's eight. It was incredible. I was really active. I was saber team commander 2 years in a row and was commander of our special elite saber team which I got to carry a real saber dedicated to us by a retired Marine. I miss this program greatly. I really learned a lot. AFJROTC has had a role in making me who I am today. It's like I always say, "Once a cadet, always a cadet."

@Viazil64 I don't know how it works in your unit MSgt. Grindle. But in most unit's you cannot even earn your BDU's they have to be purchased. Same as for dress uniforms.
