The ride was refurbished in 2004-2005 (ten months). The loading area was redone to more resemble the Disneyland facade in CA. Also, the sound system was redone so you can hear that song even clearer than before (and stick in your head even longer). DO NOT go on this ride if you are not completely sober & lucid as it can be very intense in your diminished state of mind...

I love that WDW commercial where the ghosts from the Haunted Mansion go on this ride and get scared. I don't mean to be a dick but this ride scared me as a 6 year old and as a 22 year old it still does.
