I'd like to start by saying that I am probably one of the biggest Rancid fans out there, but while watching this video I had a thought. Why do these punk rock bands choose to capitalize off of their music? It's certainly not what punk rock stands for. Personally, I would rather see $100,000 go toward something charitable and worthwhile, that would help us as a species, than to see it spent on a music video for Warner Bros to make some $. The music is great, but if you ask me, that's shameful.
