There was a very conservative republican politician, his name escapes me, had to use marijuana medicinally because he had testicular cancer and it was the only thing that would help him keep his food down. In other words it suppressed the nausea and regurgitation so that he could eat and survive. In some areas it can be help someone live or die. Aren't we free in our minds WITHOUT the use/need of weed?Second, God created many things, like poisoned berries.That does not mean we HAVE TO eat them.God did not create things just for us to enjoy, keep it in mind.
