At worst, you completely missed some very crucial elements.

Mercutio (even in this HIGHLY EDITED version) is still saying Queen Mab (which is an actual creature of myth in 17th century writing, not just some metaphor), not love, is a manipulative, troublemaking paradox. On the one hand, she brings frivolous visions when you sleep, but she can be vindictive of her own works and torment you. Love's not the topic here.

It has been more widely agreed that the portion at the end of the full (and this partial) speech is actually about prostitution, rape and society dictating a woman's place, duty, servitude. This is 17th century literature! Shakespearean, at that. This speech is a blank verse, not prose or rhymed verse. Don't TELL others what something is unless you KNOW. You will either mislead them and send them astray... or you will be called out by someone who does!
