i dunno mate, i would never pay above 1500 for a uk spec however if you check online imports are selling for 1500 plus for a 1990 ish with low miles. same car uk spec under a grand. why would anyone want a uk edition of a japanese car? :D

reecieboii, why would it be cheaper if its an import? they are more sought after especially with low miles. they are more powerful than uk spec (only a few bhp but still) plus the imports have air con and electric fold in mirrors. you can pick up a uk spec for bout 500 quid these days. Jap all the way mate. :)

the jap import non turbos are worth less than the uk specs! ive got a mr2 turbo jap import 1997

@christophermarshall6 Jap spec NA's aren't any faster.

Only plus for a UK NA is cheaper insurance otherwise an import will generally be superior.

ive got a t-top identical to this, non turbo tho. white alloys full history from japan and only 75k on the clock. id accept £2000 if anyones interested.
