  • No joda compadre vacano ver estos espectaculos, quedo chevere, cuidalo

  • Dear santa...

  • Absolut genial!!

  • ok thats enough jealousy before i go to bed

  • woulda been funny if it woulda have drug him along the ground when he hits the jets holding the rudder =D

  • NICE FLAPS

  • It looks like the real thing, flies like it, sounds like it. Then a giant comes along and picks it up. And then it just looks crap.

  • He just straps himself onto the plane and fly it back home.

  • Great landing , it sounds super real too

  • ...But where do you store such a big model, how the h*ll do you transport it????

  • how much would one of those cost ?

  • muito loko !!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Thats perfect for ants

  • Where do you keep that? In your garage? How much does it weigh?

  • @FrostyA17 around +70kg

  • Love the little bow at the end.

  • I can afford it but what's the point I can buy more useful things like a car for instanse

dunno but the cheaper version which works with batteries is more convincing and most important part is you won't feel sorry if you crashed it by mistake

Sometimes people thinks in stupid way like buying a buggati when they can have more fun with M5 (don't say no) coz u can't go sideways in a buggati LOL

  • this looks so real most of the time..

  • Hi...nice flying, how much it cost, where can I get one....it really awesome...if I send the money can you build one for me. let me know urgently.... I am really excited about the plane...

  • Thats one hell of a model plane.

  • ladies and gentlemen animals we have landed at michelstadt thank you for flying Animal Etihad Airways

  • Now i see how they do it in the movies!! :D

  • Very nice, like "real"..Any idea roughly how much the whole model cost with 4 turbine? Around US$ 20000?? Eddie Lim from Singapore

  • nice landing!!

  • How do you stop that? Do you have brakes on the wheels or some kind of airbrake to stop it (on the ground)?

  • Wth that thing is big ^^ i gat a little model airplane but that one is like 100 timenes bigger :O

  • HO

    LEE

    COW

  • if i didnt see the title , i probably would have thought that was a real plane , with a good zoom and no people in the way

  • how do they line up the runway so good =/

do they have like a camera in the cockpit of that thing or they just own that much

  • place urself in it

  • I like to order Model Airbus A380 how much does it cost can u tell me...

  • Would this model be able to transport a group of mice for a holiday in the pacific?

  • @auburn220

    lol

  • emense were u get it how much?

  • how dose he keep the turbines cool everytime i use my gas-fueled turbines to get that good-jet quality sound the turbine housing turns to mush i wonder what materials dose he use

  • very very cool that it's an ETIHAD design

  • Mighty big garage you must have....

  • thats the ultimate boys toy!

  • where did you bought that ??? :OOO

  • Wow!! It's gorgeous!!! Is it hand-made?? Well done! It looks absolutely beautiful in the gold Etihad livery!!

  • Very Nice 5*

  • I attended the last Byron's airshow held at Ida Grove, Iowa back in 1991 before they moved to Ames. At that show there was a 29' wingspan B-129 that was as awesome as this 380. A guest at that show was the pilot of the Enola Gay Colonel Paul Tibbets. I just love RC!!!

  • wow great landinggggg...nice job man

  • i'd watched it on tv. It was said that it cost around 10,000 euro

  • 1:05 nice plane ;)

  • its official you now have a job at Etihad airlines. 1:15, NICELY DONE!!

  • you could transport little animal family's to exotic destinations for vacation!lol!

  • @LaZyLuKe25, haha that's just what i was thinking, that would be so cool, imagine mice getting passports to go on the plane lol

  • @auburn220 @auburn220 who knows ... may be that's the future :-)

  • @auburn220 1 day!

  • wow. amazing. you could lie inside that and fly it hehe.

  • wow it has spoilers!!! how awesome!!

  • hahahaha he almost lost the grip, would be very funny

  • When quoting the cost of these birds, most people forget these are hand made and never calculate the cost of possible a years labor to get this build on top of the 4 turbines and all other gear. Nice job.

  • Absolutely true.

  • You are right, however, I read an article that said that the cost of parts alone for an A380 similar to this one cost more than $80,000.

  • some thing that size u wouldnt want to crash, better crash land than nose dive how much did it cost?

  • why only 3 sets of landing gear at the back

  • too small for 1:15 scale...it must be larger than a cessna

  • damn i wish i had one of those but i dont no how to buy them wat web sit do u go to?

  • will the flaps retracts and flips if landing or taking off ?

  • It looks like it uses as much runway as the real thing! Nice job...it looks and flies great!

  • where can u get one of these planes?????plz reply

  • Stupid question but....is it powerful enought that if you tie a person on there, it'll fly?

  • No, it won't fly. Human is too heavy for that. Perhaps you can "load" this model with something in order of 5-10 kg or so, but certainly not more.

  • does it use gas? how much is it?

  • It uses jet fuel (kerosene)

  • 1:16 scale? (a380 height 80 ft) this plane about 5, 80/5 = 16?

  • So it cán land at EDFO :-)

  • hahahahaha,very good landing

how much the cost of productions?

  • cost of productions = a BMW M6

  • shit! it sound like the real thing!

  • Thats the cool thing about those turbine model planes. They look like the real ones, they sound like the real ones... hell they crash like the real ones (with fire, smoke and mushroom cloud).

I just want one of them ;-)

  • you could sit on it and ride it around

  • i have a rc a340 but it crashed and exploded

  • so that means you had it not have it

  • awesome

  • hahah thats cheep!!!!

thanks for letting me know =]

  • How much do those usually cost???

  • scale models with 4 turbines this size would be 20 thousand plus

  • I wish I could afford that! lol

  • I WANT ONE OF THOSE!!!

    ...Sigh...

  • I still find it hard to believe that these RC planes are turbine driven...awesome!

  • awesome landing...!!!and i love that RCA380!!!

  • Do those engines actually use kerosene based jet fuel? Or are they electric?

  • As far as I know they are really miniature jet engines :p

  • That are real turbine jet engines!

  • der Opa muss aber sehr sehr reich sein

  • das is kein opa das is peter michel !

aber das mit reich stimmt eine turbine kostet 3000 euro hahah allein 12000 eus für den antrieb

  • That is the most awesomest thing i have ever seen!! 5/5!!

  • great control excellent landing beautiful model well done whoever.are the jet engines like a pulse jet as on v1's. ty

  • wo kan man das eigentlich kaufn oder muss man es zusammen bauen

  • das hat er (peter michel is das oder?^^) selbst gebaut und man kann es nicht vollständig kaufen

  • lol if that hit someone im not saying it will but that would probably kill em

  • wow nice, how much did you paid for this plane

  • OMG thats pretty awesome how it works ? it actually uses real plane fuel?

    amazing really it impress me

  • Yes these are real gas-turbine engines, very small though. I don't know about exact type of fuel used, but I would expect it to be jet fuel (kerosene).

  • man thats at least 50-70k right their!!!!!

  • The jet engines for that cost £000s each & he needs FOUR, WOW.

When I have the money & retire in my 40s I want to take up the hobby.

I am taking aeromodeling up as a hobby now but with normal sized planes.

  • Goodlord

My jaw is on the floor

  • woow its... so cool !!! Amazing ;)

  • The money that monster costs is astronomical. Its more than a hobby at this point. Just amazing!

  • Guys, you will need a truck to carry that plane :))) And you need a freakin airport :)))

  • I am totally speachless... That was awesome.:)))

  • Wow, this thing is HUGE!! You can make a house come down with this airplane! Well, an American house. :) European houses are too strong.

  • HAHAAHHAHAHA, TRUE!!!!

  • I swear most houses in America are built for tornados and shit?

  • haha, no

american houses are mostly made of wood, with just a little bit of stone (on the first floor)

but european houses are almost entirely made out of concrete with a brick outer wall, much stronger

  • its very detailed!!flaps an spoilers!

  • sehr cool!!!!!

  • that is unnecessarily cool

  • Vichh... muito LOKO!!!

  • My god were u get those!

  • Cost Of Single RC A380 -800 : £6000

Cost Of Look on His Face When it crashes : PRICELESS!

  • :-)))))))))))))))))

  • This is Larnaca airport,in Cyprus,Greece!!

    watch?v=CCmcVFt8Y7c

  • freak.

  • nice dude , nice wanna get one but they cost alot lol

  • thats mad nice! where can you get one of those....ive looked for them but cant find commercial RC's.

  • people build these... theres too little demand to sell them in masses.

  • no fucking way thats 1:15 mother like 1:150

  • thats really big must be expensive also.

  • Amazing job, Very rare to see RC commercial. Beautiful job. Must be excellent pilot to fly those mega giants.

  • Larger RC planes are more steady in flight, i guess it's a lot easyer flying with these giants...

  • hahaha imagine it takes him with it when he powers up the jet engines! that wud be fun

  • where do you get it from?

  • nice airport 4 RC

  • Sweet landing an taxi

  • how much did it cost u

  • Is it first delivered A 380 for ETIHAD ???

  • The first A380 was delivered to Singapore Airlines, followed by Emirates. A week or two ago or so, Qantas got their first.

  • they use turbine engines. these are essentially simplified jets. they are also amazingly expensive. one engine can easily cost 5k. a model like this would be at LEAST 25k

  • Thanks for the info. Amazing model.

  • What is the scale of that plane and does it use real jet engines

  • 1:15, and yes they use real jet turbine engines

this is a reply to aviator981

  • NICE, I wan´t it! :D

  • Sweet... I hope i can have a "toy" like that =)

  • ha it would be awesome if that plane scould carry u in the air..i would do it

  • well the grass helps alot too but it would still look cool if it did, even if it was just for looks!

  • wow, that looked very scale! although I wouldnt stand so close to the runway when its landing

  • does it have reverse thrusters?

  • I don't know :) RWY in Michelstadt is 'bended' in the middle, so that second half of the RWY has some downslope. After touchdown and some landing run, R/C model has been directed off the runway to the right into grass, for efficient braking I assume.

  • Wow its bigger than the guy flying it were would you keep such a huge RC model.

  • in a garage

  • anyone know who all are behind this project?

  • Peter michel

  • it even has spoilers!thats so scale

  • I saw that at the Modelshow in Dortmund couple a weeks ago

  • cool i want one

  • dude i would do anything for one of those.

  • hmmmm....=)

  • boa geil wo warst du da gestanden

  • dude im sure you could fly yourslef to london!

  • it is as tall as him

  • SUUUPERGEIL, Will auch soeins.

  • I WANT ONE!!

  • MAKE ONE =/

  • but it's not very easy and it takes a year to complete :(

  • but when its complete ull have fun flying it =) i made a ducted fan A380 in2 months and it has Thrust Vectoring (sort of it can de looping and a roll) its freakin awesome

  • go etihad!partner of the worlds second best, the emirates.........

  • and this proves what? ;)

  • does dis have reverse thrust??

  • No, I´m sure. :D

  • I just seen this thing on Daily Planet today- this thing is simply friggen awesome. Hand built from authentic A380 plans, all 4 engines are real and functional (as opposed to other projects which may be limited due to power/weight restrictions).

While this project was sponsored, the tv show mentioned some $70,000 from the builders own resources. Wow!

Really though, kudos to the builder. Obviously a man of great talent and brains too.

  • its big enough to carry a dog

  • Lol, you are rught...

  • not bad i want a model plane like that, it be cool, i could use the street as its runway!!!

  • He should plant camera from inside. It would be cool to have a wing view from the aircraft itself. Its good as it is big enough to carry a camera. Noh?

  • Yes, I already have seen it. A camera on a modell plane.

  • nice!
