Successful test flights would have most likely come in the first few years post-war, with the majority of the German scientists settled in the South, South-West......which they were.

Successful test flights would have most likely come in the first few years post-war, with the majority of the German scientists settled in the South, South-West......which they were.

A puzzle or two about the compass: 1 Was it actually "classified" and if so, why? This is, if I'm not mistaken, a repeater compass and not anything unique or mysterious. 2 The airforce vet who obtained it said he saw UFOs making 30 degree changes of course and since the compass face is divided into 30 degree increments ipso facto, the compass must be associated with UFOs. So if a UFO wants to make a course correction of 29 degrees or 111 degrees it can't because the compass won't allow it?

There are areas of the earth where conventional compasses dont work very well - the poles - is this such a big mystery after all? There is always the key element of evidence missing from these programmes. They never fully answer the puzzles they raise. To believe this I need more than hearsay and an old analogue compass!
