  • @blastking2006 omg =(

  • there's always a KARMA for user people, hope they dont exist on earth! they're sucks

  • there's always a KARMA for user people, hope they dont exist on earth! they're sucks

  • I'm cyber dating a Malaysian girl but I'm not worried, she want's me to go to Malaysia but I doubt I will, I'm not rich and she knows that. I think there's less cases of intentional fraud than people think. It could be a case of these people just not liking each other once they have to live together. after all cyber dating is not the same as living together.

  • @MrROTD You're naive. The women who are trying to hook up with a foreigner are crooked. If they were decent women they'd be fine staying near family and friends. Trust me, Ive been through it.

  • VERMIN

  • Marriage fraud does cause alot of emotional and financial pain. Even when a marriage of like citizens breaks down, the emotional and financial pain is there also!! I learned my lesson, admitted my mistake and payed dearly for it. Fraud marriages happen and not only with foreign spouses. Life is not easy and everyone takes risks, why can't people be accountable for their actions?

Because it's easier to whine and cry to the Government trying to get help for their own stupidity!!!!

  • In other words. If i (45 yrs old) living in the USA wants my (21 yr old girlfriend from Russia,,India Romania ect) to marry me. She must first rent an apt inwhich we will have to live together for 30-90 days in her home country (Russia, india, Romania, ect. Unless your a complete idiot. You should be able to see if it's love or she was about to butt Fuck you by day 2. ( thats day 25 for dummies)

  • Why don't the govenments say. " if you want to marry and either partner is to relocate. The other partner must first agree to live with that person in their home country for 30-90 days. If you still can't see the red flags of a fraud marriage. Then your free to marry.

  • Immigration Law is contradictory in many ways. The Law itself takes different approaches, innocent until proven guilty vs guilty until proven innocent. One IMPORTANT way to stop being a victim of fraud is to make sure that YOU FALL IN LOVE ONLY AFTER SEEING EYE-TO-EYE. People are asking for trouble if they get mushy after exchanging e-mails or talking on the phone.

  • i want to talk about those guys who married with canadian citizen or permanent residents and they exploited by these people. i was in same kind of relationship but i was trying best to keep my relationship with wife.i was very new to canada that time she gave me hard time for first six months she was controlling me and my account. i know there some frauds but there are some real people who were exploited by somepeople.but i havnt seen anybody talking about that they are onlyworried aboutcanadian

  • this is true... if couples can take a marriage course before marrying do it! sometimes the intent for love is there, but not compatibilty or respect for the partner.

  • If your marriage doesn't workout well, you cannot say that this was a fraud. People who charge money for bringing in the money are BIG FRAUDS themselves. People openly advertise for fake marriages. These marriages must be stopped.

  • PFFFFFFF IF MY WIFE DO THAT, I BRING HERE GO OR FLEE WITH ANOTHER DICK

SUR LA TETE DE MA MERE JE LA TUE DE SANG FROID DIRECT SHOT !!!!!!!!

brrruuuuaaahhh I M TAM!L, I HEAR STORY ABT JATTI GIRL WHO THE SAME !!

  • don't marry a foreigner..

  • @gbilios Come on, it's not that simple is it? You could marry someone from the US, or Great Britain or another country where there is no economic incentive to move to Canada.

  • I wish the US had a law that would allow Americans who were married for less than honorable reasons to go after these green card seeking a-holes. To pretend to love someone and to use him/her, and not just that person, but their families as well, is despicable. That happened to me almost thirty years ago, and at the time, I was told by an attorney that I as well as my family could do nothing to get compensation for what this Chinese punk took us for, emotionally and financially.

  • @starbugster Unfortunately the great British Government and The House of Lords ruled that "the reason why someone gets married is none of their business" Which is a cope out. I fully agree with you on all counts but no one seems to be interested. I have met in the past two years in the UK five women who have been conned by foreign nationals these women have kids by these economical scum bastards and all they become is a statistic for child maintenance.

    Life is so unfair

  • It's very common in Canada, good video to prevent fraud!

  • first of All they may sound horrible, but not all countries are created equal, strem line the immigration from developed countries where individuals have nothing to gain by coming here. Especially the US, they speak the same language, have a similatrculture and history. It's rediculous that Americans have to go through all the immigration crap. (and the same with Canadians going to the States). It's all a Farce.

  • Thats so sad

  • Katraka and 1098910989 very good comments! And all you need is a good intuition and a little bit of intelligence to realize someone is using you. All this crying and whining is pathetic, makes you think they deserved it.

  • @BBRRAA79

Excuse me, but when a person is very young and very naive, that is no reason to be taken advantage of. I met the Chinese punk when I was a very insecure 19-year-old desperate for attention from a man. I didn't deserve what I went through and what my family was put through. You need to grow a heart. No doubt you've made mistakes and I'll wage you belly ache about them a lot more than you're willing to admit, jerk!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Government should overhaul immigration department to get rid of officers who slow down the application process rather than expedite it. Only thing is going up is the fees. It has been doubled and in some cases it has quadrupled, but the performance is very sluggish. We all should write to senators and congress and let them know what is going on with your case. They do look into it and do help you out too.

  • 99.9% people who sponsor act like they own that person and treat them like their property and when that person retaliate they come on youtube and shed crocodile tears. as you so, so shall you reap.Deal with it.

  • Comment removed

  • youre full of shit. People who try to come here lie and use people.

  • Preventing marriage fraud tips:

-Avoid marrying someone that is an illegal immigrant. It can be hard to know if they are with you or the green card.

-Never co-sign a credit card/car with your lover.

    -Avoid mixing any finances together.

  • @jerrijenkins333 Actually as of 1994 in the US, it won't help to marry an illegal immigrant. You cannot change your status while in the country, even if you get married. Once you are 'illegal' (even if you accidentally overstay your visa) you are barred from re-entering the country for 10 years. The only thing the US spouse could do is go back to your own country with you (which most Americans are not willing to do.)

  • It is pretty simple to sort this out, if it is a pretty immigrant with a uggly canadian, something is wrong! the government should interview the couples...

  • You all got punked!!!ha

  • I did not even ask for this to happen to me. I did not get a mail order bride. I did not travel overseas to meet here. I met her right here in my neighborhood. It is the damn US immigration system at fault here. There are so many illegals here that this could happen to anyone right here in the USA like it did to me. It can be hard to spot a liar.

  • I was the victim of a marriage fraud here in the US. I met a filipina woman here in the US. Here is the kicker; I did not even know she was here illegally because she had a driver's license, job, and social security number. Apparently she had overstayed an old visa. She did not drop the news to me until AFTER she was pregnant, so at that point I sponsored her. It was apparent that I was married to someone that intesely disliked me. She was abusive towards me, and so I left.

  • if she gets fundings from the government. you have to pay for it. because you sponsored her, it lasts for 3 years even if you left her

  • @kawa250dream What happened to you is awful. There are many other people who have been victimized you should go to this site: ImmigrationFraudVictims . Go to the Victims section and you'll see stories of what happened to several other people. You could send in your own story (of course with names changed) as a warning to other people. You should also contact FAIR (Federation for American Immigration Reform), a lobbying group, to let them know exactly what happened to you.

  • I was cheated too..married this guy(he had his visa and wanted the green card) and now he got his green card.he fuck off..Can't even get a hold of him..thought he was a nice guy at first..but now I want his ASS out of CANADA!

  • Doe's China accept Immigration???

  • @triumphelf

LOL - who'd be crazy enough to want to immigrate to China, a very communist country that could have another Cultural Revolution any year now. Not to mention they have a lot of pollution - US is bad enough - and they kill off the most beautiful animal in the world, Siberian tigers!!!!!!!!!!

  • STUPID!!!! FUCKING!!!! HARD-UP!!!! SCATTER-BRAINED!!!! MORONIC!!!!! LIBERTARD!!!!! GULLIBLE!!!! BITCHES!!!!

Victims? How about VICTIMIZERS!!! taking advantage of criminal trespassers looking to take advantage of a stupid, retard, libertard weirdo!!! You got what you deserve because YOU are PART OF THE PROBLEM!!!!!

  • @boinkendat Both conservatives AND liberals (and everybody in between) falls in love. Could happen to anyone.

  • i feel for you people..long story short. america doesnt care either. i was involved with a philippine women for 5 years. got a k1 visa after four months one day i came home she was gone ..She went to cebu and was taught usa domestic law..It is the new scam. thank GOD the Judge found me not guilty ..The judge was a woman and saw I had nothing wrong and indeed i was set up..,She is still in the country and i do not know why.. It is no suprise we lost the towers..uncle sam is a joke!

  • I don't blame people who try to get green cards through fake marriages in the US, since it's pretty much the only way to stay here nowadays. Try to get a H1-B visa (work visa), even with all the degrees you have, they make it impossible for you. Try to apply for a green card, it costs a fortune, and you are not even sure you will ever get it. So fuck it, if they want to come in and stay using other means, so be it. Better fake marriages than illegal immigrants.

  • @Romani1969

You're an asshole!! I hope someone hurts you as badly as I was hurt and my family was hurt. Hey, if he had been HONEST and agreed to pay me $100,000 US to help him stay and get a bachelor's degree, great. Instead, he just lied and used me and the people I love.

  • @starbugster Actually if he had agreed to pay you $100,000 (which is a lot more than the 'going rate', btw) that would be illegal and BOTH parties can be prosecuted. (In the US, with up to 10 years in jail).

  • @PeterPiper00

Very true. It may be over the "going rate" but that is a reasonable price for all a "victim", even a willing one, is put through. Of course, from my experience I would strongly caution anyone against getting married. Live with the person for 10 years. If they stick around, it would at least be a more calculated risk.

  • I have sponsored my wife to immigrate to Canada and soon after she landed, she abandoned me. I contacted Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) and I have been told by the representative on the phone that "We are sorry that she has used you to come to Canada; there is nothing that can be done as she has already landed in Canada; she is recognized as a legal immigrant and you have to support her for three years although you might have been abused."

  • Lets make it an illegal act in the UK too.

Please support my vid which has been sent to 10 Downing Street the Prime Minister Mr Gordon Brown

    'youtube*com/downingst'

    Thanks

  • @NotanIdiot2

Tell me how to support your vid. I saw it, but no comment section. I'm not a citizen of UK, but I was a victim of marriage fraud in the US and I support anyone in the West ern World that is being scammed by these despicable illegal immigrants. I would like to see a law in the US, my country.

  • @starbugster It already is illegal to commit marriage fraud in the US (and penalties are severe) but few people are prosecuted unless they are caught red-handed somehow. It is difficult to prove unless the person has boasted about it and you have affidavits, or letters or emails or some other form of definite proof.

You should have a look at this site 'immigrationFraudVictims' , go to the 'Victims' section and submit your story there, for starters.

  • I divorced my exploitative Thai wife called Phikunthong also known as Som or Sompreaw. She married me to get a British Passport and tried to rob me through divorce. Lucky I found out as she told so many lies about everything. She had to pay so much in legal fees because of her greed that she ended up with little from the divorce. She can only live in the UK by being a student. She is an 'over stayer' living in South Wales UK. These women are the root cause for complex immigration laws.

  • Why is it called marriage fraud when immigrants and non-immigrants marry ? Marriage is always fraud. Women live in comfort while men have to pay for everything. When it finally ends with divorce a husband is always separated from his kids, and in many cases he won´t see them again, for years, at least in Germany.

  • i don't know what you've been going through that made you think about marriage so negatively, nor will i say that your thoughts about marriage are wrong or something like that.

i respect your two cents. I just want to say that not all marriage end up tragic like that.

of course, you don't have to marry if you don't want to, and you can always talk to your partner/in if you want him/her to pay half of the living cost. love is about giving and receiving after all.

  • People, please stop committing fraudulent marriage. USCI, pls interview couples separately and ask more evidences of real marriages then you will catch fraud marriage much more effectively. Less fraudulent marriage applicants will save us trouble.

  • TY, I know someone who went to the interview and told the interviewer she was married before to a illegal immigrant. That should have given that person a clue to chk this girl out marrying again to an illegal imm. She was paid twice for doing this. It's like they don't care --those guys could be terrorist.

  • @poniminkee They have been interviewing couples separately for 30 years or more. They ask extremely personal questions and reject 7% of applicants (some of who are married for real, but just couldn't remember the color of their spouses toothbrush.) One couple in New York has been trying to get their marriage recognized for 17 years.

  • once we sign those support papers...its our ass for bout 5-10years!!

  • there really needs to be something done.i was sucker for this myself.and my cheating wifes employer Barnes and Nobles is taking up for her fraud.we need to all ban together to put a stop to this now!

  • @yonderboi76 You really should check out the immigrationfraudvictims website and post your story there. You should also contact FAIR, an immigration reform lobbying group in the US who has testiified in congress about marriage fraud back when the laws were made more strict back in the 1980s.

  • Try Kapiniaks and Thompson-Cracknell, Calgary

  • Ok, now is the time for a descent person with honor and loyalty to receive all possible curses, but I will take it.

Immigrants who do those fraud are members or CERTAIN races, comes from CERTAIN places. Laws must not treat a decent loving woman from Deutschland in the same pattern as a biological creature resembling a human being trained to survive by cheating

  • I was married for 5 years and my husband recently immigrated to the united states because of me, and then he left me. Hmm I think that would be called fraud.

  • There needs to be an 'International Divorce Law' regarding marriage for foreign nationals.

This type of scam needs to be regarded as a form of entrapment.

Governments throughout the world are ignoring an ever growing popular way of stealing money of innocent people.

    The answer is quite simple.

STOP IMPORTING FOREIGN PEOPLE INTO YOUR COUNTRY

  • @NotanIdiot2 You can't even 'import' Americans or UK citizens into Canada? Surely they have no economic incentive to move to Canada.

  • suckers!!!!!

  • underground corruption are constantly changing, and becoming more cleverer

  • The time of slaver is over on one stopping this criminals to go back where the came from and counting there life of crime and fraud and deceive and lies in there home but not in Canada. You have miss the point completely this video is not about people who are abusive to their spouses it is abut the criminals who use the victims to commit not only a marriage fraud but also immigration fraud.

  • What bad treatment and what type of abuse these criminal endure, when their spouse did not even see them as victim stood and waiting for her or his spouse to arrive at airport but only to find out that they have been here for weeks.

  • I have yet to see any of this criminals some of them who also lie about the living condition and bad treatment yet go back to where the come from, but stay here to only abuse and misuse and become more burden to the victims and Canadians by way of collecting the welfare and social assistants which they do not disserve, social assistant is for needy people not greedy criminals.

  • maybe we should listen to the other side of the story! aome people get married with people from other countries simply because they want somebody who knows nothing about the new country. in fact they need a slave in their lives. so, they treat that forigener person like a slave. why we never think there is a reason that these people runaway from their own houses! who wants to be alone in a foreign country? but they prefer that because they want to escape from that hell which they living in!

  • I suggest you watch the Video of course there are two sides to the story, but yet no one have come forward to tell that other side of the story. what is this video is showing is crime against Canadians, it is fraud committed by criminals who use and abuse the system their sponsor and all Canadians it is immigration Fraud, they did not indented to be married to stay married and only use the victims as ticket to Canada.

  • in some cases im sure it has happened..but at least in this vid there is one person i do know and this guy would not heart a fly.99% of the time its a scam and that my friend is fact.hearing the other half of the story is hard when they are out there in hiding living for free.scum bags..throw them in jail for 6 months then send them back to nothing!!!!

  • shaliz20, you're thinking about abusive situations, and it can happen sometimes. In fraudulent cases, it is unlikely, as everything is pre-planned...I appreciate the values and beauty of a housewife, but I would never use 'slave' to describe my wife. Housewife duties are not easy, since there is a lot of multi-tasking, and extra work. u can find balance between work, personal & social life..God created men and women for a good reason. In this age of stupidity, nothing makes any sense.

  • This is a serious crime!!! Why are the victims paying for this atrocity? If Ms Finaly is not willing to listen then she is not doing her job as minister!! Let us do what ever we can to educate the government and the public so that this sort of crime does not occur to Canadian citizens in our great nation.

  • This is exactly what we need to band together and get rid of now and forever. I am a victim of Marriage Fraud and recently my husband left after spending only 6 weeks in a year with me. He is from Cuba and I would like to see him deported and my marriage annulled. Please help in this constant everyday battle in Canada by helping the next unexpected victim before they become one!! Maggie G

  • I am also a victim of immigration marriage fraud. The immigration must enforce the existing policy in order to stop marriage frauds. This is excellent video.

  • I understand your pain, I know it doesn't feel very good when you think you know someone for such a long time and they leave you. In turn to find out they were with you for their ticket to the USA!!!

  • You should sue the government if there's a law that already exists for MOC

  • You should not just sue the government, but also sue the fraud spouse for millions of dollars and teach them a lesson. You have the right to sue them for fraud, financial damages, emotional/mental stress, and embarassment. Don't let them get away. Teach them a lesson.

  • marriage of convenient is quite normal among poor/rich countries (West/NorthEurope/UsaKanada)

  • Immigration fraud needs to be recognized by the Canadian government as a serious problem. They can no longer ignore this. Victims need to have rights like the con artists who lied, cheated and deceived their spouses to get to Canada. CIC needs to enforce the existing laws and let these criminals know that commiting a crime in Canada is not allowed. Excellent video. We need to make more people aware of this

issue. Immigration will have to take notice.

  • Immigration Fraud is serious crime which affect all Canadians and not only victims. Immigration law should be in such way to protect Canadian and not victimizing the victims by way of non action.

  • nd, when there is bad faith, that person should be hunted down and exported. Suspected bad faith should be investigated properly. It seems the onus is on the victim. CIC is just a barrier of united egotists that provides no real service to anyone.

  • CIC should make it easier for people to come on travel visas. Then people wouldn't feel pressured to marry to get together.

Also, CIC should stop treating spousal visa applicants as subhumans. With the big enemy CIC it makes it easy for the con artist to take advantage of that.

  • Excellent. This is a start. I am a victim of Marriage Fraud.

  • I think it's great to have these brave folks come out to share their story. I, too, am a victim am a victim of immigration marriage fraud.

  • I am a victim of Marriage Fraud and will tell my story to anyone who will listen and help me in this terrible ordeal. I want to send my husband back to the country where he belongs, in the lifestyle he had before he met me, that was "POOR"!! Let's all get together and get rid of this epidemic of Marriage Fraud. Maggie

  • @msmags1 Hi Maggie, You should post your story or send it to the website: ImmigrationFraudVictims. You could also send your story to FAIR, Federation for American Immigration Reform, a lobbying group that has testified in congress. They may be interested in collecting a dossier on people who have been defrauded.
