  • @Einstien1879 Not until the Philippines throws off the imposed-culture of the Spaniards will Filipinos rid themselves of the corruption and racism inherent in all former Spanish colonies. Prior to the Spanish conquest, the Philippines had a vibrant culture that enjoyed trade with India, China, and even Japan for centuries. Not until the Spaniards showed up and stole Filipino culture by forcing them to speak Spic and take on Spic names did the Philippines degenerate into the sewer it is today.

  • ano kaya sasabihin ni RIZAL kung malaman nya na ang presidente ngayon ng pilipinas... ay nag papardon ng mga PATAY...: > ) dyos lang ata gumagawa non.....kahit si POPE di kaya yon a hangagang dasal lang kaya nya .....: > ) he he

  • handa na ako sa gera!!!! bring it on!!!

  • One should never forget the hospitality and friendship of the Belgium people and Flanders, for providing Jose Rizal a save haven from the Spanish agressors. During his stay in Brussels and Gent, he found the peace, tranquility (and love live with a Belgian cute girl Suzanne Jacoby hehe) for writing of his second novel El Filibusterismo. There's even a rememberance plate in Brussels, Philippe de Champagnestraat and Gent, Henegouwstraat. Ties between BE and PH are undervalued ! All welcome :-)

He stuck the paper inside the lamp. He didn't write it inside the lamp!

  • It is pissing on Jose Rizal's grave and a slap in the face to the Katipunan that we allow spanish to continue to roam in our language and keep their culture in ours, and it's PISSING ME OFF...

  • FUCK YOU SPANYA.

sad what has happened to his beloved Philippines...political corruption is worth more than true democracy, the rich have more rights than poor people. what would Dr Rizal say if he were alive today?

  • @metta108 he would be disgusted at the number of atrocious colonial mentality that plagues the land probably, but not before his obvious dissapointment at the state of it...

  • I'm so proud to be a Filipino.

  • SOBRA ANG ESPANYA PARA LANG SILA AY MAGTAGUMPAY>>>...

  • @mitskian remember that the Spaniards in Spain did not know what was happening in the Philippines, so don´t blame them.

  • @jolo177 Oh, so they didn't know, but the shogunate in Japan did infact knew, and thats why they went on a fenzy on christians. Japan had more connections since they are near, but a lot of spanish civilians knew during that time, and even today there is a lot of racial tensity between us two.

remember the brutality we had to face during spanish occupation.

  • Dear sir, iwas into the philipines, several time,i have read youre things that you have write,i stand before youre national moniment, and i cry that time, because i know youre intensions, with deeply respect i say to you,Mahal Kita, now you are an angel,in HEAVENS Glory, dear sir, respect, and may our dear lord put his hand on youre shoulder, dear sir, me,i come from Holland,i say,you have my respect, again MAHAL KITA,rest, sir,and write youre poems in Heaven, and i hope, soon they will receive Earth,

  • At present CBCP, a roman bishop organization of phil...they are the modern Catholic Taliban who want to influence the govt administration ..in accordance to their belief..

  • Long live Dr. Jose Rizal and long live Philippines.

  • Filipinos should be Spanish speakers!!! Who cares if the Spanish committed crimes before against us. Viva la lengua Espanola!!!

  • @Nightbaron61 Spanish did more good than bad .

  • @MrHeartbreaker12345 I can't be prejudice and just say that the Spanish did more good or bad because I really wouldn't know, but I do believe that the Spanish language deserves to be an official language of the Philippines. Not only because it's our first official language, but also because Spain is the reason our country (Philippines) even existed at all. So Viva la lengua Espanola :)

  • @Nightbaron61

And might I add that ever since I learned Spanish, I learned an extremely large amount of information from Latin Americans. We share so many societal problems and cultures that it's important we join in their talks for development . I was extremely surprised when I learned about these and how home-like they are when you talk to them. They remind you of a long lost brother or something.

  • @Nightbaron61 correction, spain is the only reason our country is in the shit it's in now. Look up the Luzon empire, a very prosperous country, both in culture and wealth...

and no, we didn't even need spain for catholicism, we had the portguese for that already, at least they know how to not fuck up a culture(with the exception of magellan and his well deserved death).

  • @MrHeartbreaker12345 in what fucking way did they do more good than bad?

  • @ThtOnePinoy bakit gusto mo bang maging muslim?

Di na important yun whether ng apostate si rizal o ng catholic, He's a hero, after all, and I doubt making critisisms on the catholic church marks him an apostate, the friars and priests spain brought ng CORRUPT LAHAT YAN

  • @ThtOnePinoy di mo kasi alam yung tunay na pagkatao ni rizzal . search mo jose rizal hidden story. tiyak manghihinayang ka. lasenggero yun , marami pang utang sa europa at manyakis!!pwe

  • @MrHeartbreaker12345 Had been gone, sorry :P

Sigh... Ok, so let's say his personality was as you say, pero ng polymath pa din si Jose Rizal??? Di na totoo yun... Believe talaga mo yun? Lol!

Seriously, anong tao na meron personality yun pwede na kaya na maging martyr? If he is as you say, how can he have the courage to die for his country?

  • the spaniards have ruled the philippines over 333 years

  • @moralva75

  • The Truth is,when the command says Fire,he quickly face forward because he doesn't want to be killed in the back, because only Traitors are done with that and he is not a traitor....and this is just like the same execution of Marechal Ney of France during Napoleonic era....they but want to face the firing squad and aim for their heart.

  • PAKYO SPANYA!!!

  • why did the spaniards kill dr.Rizal ?

  • @2beg2began Because the Spaniards knew that Rizal is part of the Resistance(Himgasikan) so the Spaniards are scared that sooner or later because of Rizals Mass Propaganda(which is true) the Filipinos will Revolt and the Power of Spain in Philippines will be out of control.

  • @2beg2began BECAUSE IN THAT TIME RIZAL IS A TRAITOR IN SPAIN! HE WRITE A NOVEL TO DESTROY THE REPUTATION FRIARS GOVT AND ETC BECAUSE SPAIN WANT TO MAKE FILIPINO BECOME A FOOL FOREVER! ''MANG MANG''

  • i dont understand!

  • I HATE SPAIN!

  • @kit2ng219 I hate filipinos

  • @tubedude101

welcome to the club... but i'm hopeful the filipinos will grow up someday....

  • @kit2ng219

    Patay castila!

Is not it a bit late to talk in these terms? More than a century is elapsed since then.

  • Responder a este vídeo...

    Patay castila!

Is not it a bit late to talk in these terms? More than a century is elapsed since then.

  • José Protasio Rizal Mercado y Alonso Realonda

  • a mercy shot? that's no mercy!! rizal is already dead why shoot at him another?!

  • Huy hindi duwag si rizal. y? coz the day of his execution, a dr. check his pulse and find out that he has a normal pulse.. meaning hindi sya natatakot mamatay.. ginamit ni rizal ang kanyang talino, hindi ang tapang. dahil iniisip nya na hindi sagot ang dahas para makamit ang kapayapaan! kundi education!! tsktsk! siguro di ka nakatungtung ng college!! pitty!! hahaha

  • @micasalgado22 like!and if rizal joined the katipuneros for the revolution, and let's say they won, how can the filipinos lead the country eh they don't have any experiences sa government..kaya nga rizal said that the filipinos were not yet ready na humiwalay sa spain..

  • @micasalgado22 he had a normal pulse because according to rizal handa daw xang mmatay. because in his early age, nkatatak n daw s isipan nya n ang aabutin lng n edad nya is only 30,kya according to him its a big bonus daw to reach the age of 35. ( that was according to the book of ambet ocampo).

  • @micasalgado22 SABI NGA NI RIZAL D SAPAT ANG EDUCACION PARA MAKITA ANG ISANG ROSAS MEDYO MALALIM PERO INTINDIHIN!

  • he took it well

  • Bat kamukha ni Dr Rizal c Pacman? what a resemblace! Heroe del lapiz Y heroe de boxeo!

  • Few witnesses at the execution of Rizal shouted "Long live Spain!" They should all have been lynched during Revolution against Spain. What bothers me is that why the family of Rizal did not claim his body after the execution? The family of Christ was around after He died on the cross, was it not. But in Rizal's case no report or story has been written about who were actually near the dead body of Rizal. Were all afraid to associate with the hero because the damned Spaniards were around?

  • @ rovenorozco..His writings strongly encouraged the revolution which made the Philippines free from 300 years of bondage moron! He deserved to be called our national hero!!!

lam mo b kng anu yon????????????

REFORMS TO OUR COUNTRY TO BE A DEMOCRATIC NATION FREE FROM THE OPPRESSORS

  • @ewanq0h Actually more than that, they were both pushing towards change. Not only in democracy but a change in the very Filipino mindset so that the country will go forward into a very bright future. Which sadly as of now will be hard to accomplish.

  • dude his relative is my brothers friend

  • hi .. where'd u get those photos?

    pwede pahingi copy nun...?

  • ahh.. i live for those days when there were heroes protecting our country.

we need more of those today... cause the truth of tthe matter is, there is no love for our own country.

  • stfu putangna nyo

  • Viva José Rizal !! Viva Filipinas Libre!!

  • Alm mo b n Hindi totoo c Andres bonifacio wlang document n ngppatunay n mbuhay nga CIA ,., he don't hve birthcertifcate nor death certificate he down have real family not like Jose rizal

There's no book n mkakapagprove that bonifacio lives or really excess

Maybe ginwa lang CIA ngga Tao coz no man can do what he did

    But I RESPeCt ANDRES BONIFaCIo

  • Can u help me guys,, where can i found a letter of the (Mi Ultimo Adios) huling paalam of Rizal. He wrote it before he was shot.. THANKS.. just PM me.. thanks!

  • just type mi ultimo adios then search for it in google

  • killing people is a great sin.. Jose Rizal use his freedom of writing to fight for the rights of the Filipino. I guess, what he done is the best thing that every people could done, Instead of killing each other why not entertain the minds with reading his works. War is never ending, but writing has. ^^

  • for me...

the reAL hero is not JOSE RIZAL...

i dont want any fight.. ok, dont be offended

ANDRES BONIFACIO was the ideal man who should be the greAt hero of it

RIZAL writes but BONIFACIO acTs with might

  • yes this is true ...,hes our National Hero...

  • is that realy true

  • who was he and why was he shot??

  • sir you wanna know why his shot?

just search in wikipedia-jose rizal then you'll know his story

  • so hurted this events.

  • wow

  • He should have been a leader for Spain in the Philippines. Combined all laws together. The course of our country would have been different...

    "PTBF"

  • @thismyMARK

That's why if he had not been shot by Spaniards, Americans would have done. It would never have accepted the U.S. occupation of the Philippines, the replacement of their culture and would have killed for it.

  • he was a brave man.... im filipino.. u should b proud dat ur filipino

  • hey, kids, "his fate (kapalaran) was sealed," not "faith" (belief).

music is appropriate for the vid subj matter.

  • Who is this guy? Or woman pls can somebody explain me?

  • The national hero of the Philippines, a doctor writer who wrote novels pointing out and criticizing the situation in the country under Spanish colonial administration. Instead of listening to him and putting up much needed reforms, the Spaniards executed him. It only inspired the Filipinos to revolt and oust the Spaniards, and and declare the first Democratic Republic in Asia (in 1898). It did not last long, since the US arrived and then took over, but still, Rizal's heroism is honored.

  • @Milordvega he is celebrated as a hero around south east asia, for having kicked out the colonial powers who so raped and pillaged our soils for treasures. even in malaysia we learnt about his struggles in our history books in school.

  • @empressjulz So Rizal is admired also in Malaysia? We are honoured. I understand there are even some Malaysians and Indonesians named Rizal after him. Long live ASEAN solidarity!

  • @Milordvega yes.... i have 2 friends called rizal :)

  • @Milordvega

It isn't fair to say that the "Spaniards killed Rizal".

Rizal had many Spanish friends. Read Unamuno, for example, what he wrote about the Spaniards that killed Rizal.

Unamuno recognized Rizal as a "Spaniard", "...profoundly and intimately Spanish, far more Spanish than those wretched men, --forgive them, Lord, for they knew not what they did--, those wretched men, who over his still warm body hurled like an insult heavenward that blasphemous cry, 'Viva Espana!'".

  • @RafaelMinuesa ?Habla espanol? (sorry I cannot put accents on my laptop) That's right, Unamuno was so impressed with Rizal that as Dean of the famous University of Salamanca, he would often read MI ULTIMO ADIOS to his students and shed tears! GALING NI RIZAL!

  • @Milordvega The U.S. did not "take over", they pressed Philippinos to be more democratic and more constitutional, but Americans of the last 150 years did not understand their own constitution. They became involved in "foreign adventures" (that Jefferson would have abhorred) and pressed for faulty implementations of the original values of the American Constitution and the all important, prior, Declaration of Independence.

    God Save America, from Americans.

  • @RnBramwell The USA was always supposed to be a Republic, not an Empire

  • @Milordvega Exactly, though it still is not an empire it acts (wrongly) as if it were. U.S. foreign policy is a muddle of sometimes protecting its own interests & sometimes not, and sometimes acting as World Policeman & sometimes not. Also, it is not just "a Republic" (so was the U.S.S.R.), it is supposed to be a Republic-respecting-Individual-Rights

  • sorry,i download your video,i really do need it.sorry:[

    &&

    thank you:]

  • you don't have to say sorry for that.. i downloaded it too.

  • Jose Rizal, a man who inspired the modern world, that you must fight for your right to live. No one else can do that. What an inspiration to us all.

  • good for him

Tuleg!!!!!!!!!!! Our people are corrupt and with their naturally inate criminal mentality. I would probably choke Jose Rizal myself for defending the monkies that destroyed my islands

  • @isdakongsupot Isn't that a bit much, although if I were Rizal, I would be ashamed of myself for what the Filipinos have done for themselves.

  • r.i.p.

  • si christopher ba si lt. luis polavieja?

  • i think right now........ninoy and cory aquino are more important than jose rizal

students should learn about them nowadays

  • you are an absolute idiot to think and say that

  • i wanna thanks the spanish for coming to the philippines and mixing our race with them

they are the reason a lot of filipinos have cool names and last names

and also they are the reason why a lot of filipinos are beautiful and good looking....it they didnt come and mate with the women

filipinos would look like indonesians and malaysians

and we wont be educated so thank you spanish people
