Very informative. I actually looked up H.H Holmes because I finished watching this Brittish crime drama called Waking the Dead which depicats the cold case unit of a police station. The final episode was about a serial killer who copied Holmes and his torturous way execpt he did it in an abandonded pub and he tortured homeless boys. Really makes you think about what kind of people you could run into

The victim's death was faked, not Holmes', but the friend was actually murdered. The other guy didn't get his share, and ratted Holmes out.
