@DarkBelieves666 I think Fleshgod Apocalypse makes way better symphonic metal, but thats just me. I listen to just about every genre of metal except metalcore and deathcore. I would say black metal is my favorite though

@oaklandrmoss18 I like Fleshgod, they're really technical, I Mostly stick to Black Metal.. I'm picky with my Death Metal, vocalist are a big thing.. I love Vocalist like Nergal.. and the vocalist for Septic Flesh is pretty solid.

@drkex Yeah I find the same old brutal death metal to be boring at times. I need a little bit of atmosphere to my music. Well what type of Black metal do you like? I prefer the atmospheric/cascadian style of black metal over the Norweigan stuff. Give Altar of Plagues a listen.... They are from Ireland and they are pretty atmospheric with a touch of post metal thrown in. One of the best new black metal bands in my opinion
