If you look at the history of slavery in the US it is very interesting. What did the term "Black Gold" mean to the shipping business? It was slavery. There was not a single shipping company from the South so who profited from the Black Gold business? According to the constitution slaves could not be imported into the states after 1809. As a result, after 1809 %65 of the North's shipping business was lost and the rest is history.

The Civil War was fought because of the Morrill Tarriff! It is a shame that History is no longer taught in this country. The issue of Slavery was used to exploit the war. I think sometime people forget that their was a navy. Glad to see you use some naval scenes. At Vicksburge Mississippi, the last time I was there they were restoring an ironclad river boat, haven't seen it since it's completion. Good Job!
