@MrTatsubei they were never enemies, Sagat wants to have a real true victory over ryu since in sf1 sagat was the true victor of the tournament. He beat ryu to the ground thought ryu was down and out, put down his guard went over to help ryu up, when the metsu go hado within ryu took over making ryu do the shin shoryuken scaring sagats chest. Sagat then vowed to prove that he is a stronger fighter then ryu creating the tiger uppercut as the counter move to the shoryuken.

man, street fighter 2 v was such a weird show. ryu and ken learned hadouken from dhalsim, and actually..ken didn't even learn how to do hadouken - he learned a hadou shoryuken...pretty much a shinryuken off the wall which is pretty awesome if i say so myself, =P. but yeah, they like totally changed it up...still fun though.

did i mention it takes like 3 episodes to launch one of these hadou-moves? haha. borrowed from dbz for sure.

If they were the same rating system though, then Goku would have a big threat of losing before his power level was over nine thousand. Man... I wish Hollywood really did a Street Fighter Movie that was Epic as great as the Marvel movies. Like seriously, choreograph the fight scenes to be epic.
