The police, while searching Raffaele's apartment, should have turned up some of Meredith's DNA somewhere like their closets, the shower, the sink. If Amanda had placed that knife in her bag, as they allege, there would have been evidence in her bag. All they found was that dinky knife in the kitchen with low copy amounts of Meredith's DNA.

If they cleaned it up, they would have scrubbed it thoroughly and I can't see the footprints being there. Plus there would have been blood spatter on the walls in the corridor, etc.

She didn't shower in a bloodied up bathroom.The picture I think you're referring to was taken after the luminol was sprayed. She noticed a few drops of blood in the sink, which she thought might have come from her pierced ears. When she was getting out of the shower, she noticed the half print on the bathmat.

As for Meredith being murdered in the bathroom, I don't know. It's possible. But there wasn't blood spatter in the bathroom. The blood spatter was in Meredith's room. She aspirated blood on her walls and wardrobe and bra.

The police, while searching Raffaele's apartment, should have turned up some of Meredith's DNA somewhere like their closets, the shower, the sink. If Amanda had placed that knife in her bag, as they allege, there would have been evidence in her bag. All they found was that dinky knife in the kitchen with low copy amounts of Meredith's DNA.

detected bloody footprints in the cottage that matched those of Knox and Sollecito.
They bought bleach the following morning receipts prove it.
