@DankHydroBudz uh, most swat officers have served in the military. i can't give you a statistic but i know that if someone is trained as a sniper and went and did his business in iraq, then he comes back and becomes a LEO (Law Enforcement Officer for you) then why the fuck would he be in regular patrol? Especially if he was a SNIPER, they would put him in SWAT (Special Weapons And Tactics for you).

I don't do drugs, but I acknowledge that the drug war is a twisted farce. I fear the armies of ignorant men that bear assault rifles(the police) more than I fear the marijuana smoker down the street. A quick 'googling' of 'drug war victims' reveals lists of law abiding citizens that were killed by police. In the drug war, it doesn't matter whether or not you do drugs, it matters what the cops think at the time they shoot. Shoot first, ask questions later.
