I understand your concerns with vile images on campus, but I'm sorry, ambient violence is an abuse of the word violence.
It's easy to stand up and be "shocked" over the images you found on campus, but most people who did them were screwing around. If you actually think the people drawing Swastika's in the bathroom are serious neo-nazis, then you really don't understand the context and thought processes of those writing them down.
The range of video materials provided on the UVic YouTube channel is paltry in comparison to the Stanford or UC channels. I expect to see lecture series and staff interviews and an expose of all the educational programs offered here. There should be thousands of clips on this channel. It is not too much to expect that a Canadian university located in a provincial capital will provide quality online educational resources. Fix this.

At around 6 min. you can see institutional ambient violence in the form of a swastika. See if you can spot it!
