The best resolution is a lawsuit should be filed against them and they should be sued for wrongful termination and Adele should be charged with a crime.

That's not the kind of risk that Nikki can afford to take and she's not willing to take that kind of risk. There's a dilemma involved in this scene. Yes, Adele is a manipulative and treacherous bitch, her actions are both criminal and personal. What's best is that Jenny and Nikki should find a way to resolve the problem and situation in order to nail her down.

The truth and the point is neither Jenny nor Nikki were aware of Adele's plans and intentions, Jenny could have removed and keep the tape safe with her, if it were not for Adele, none of this worst moments would happen. You can't fault Nikki for not walking out in solidarity with Jenny, there's a dilemma involved, she would be in breach of contract and her acting career would be on the line if she leaves with Jenny.
