Not my favorite. Messy where the meat scraps fly out the right hand side all over the counter. feels cheap with the plastic carrige. The controls are in the way!!! you grab the meat and hit the wall of the housing, bad for trying to grab and layout the cut meat. No safety feature like not running the blade when on "o" or auto shut off if the blade cover is removed. can still be on with cover removed. May be good for school lunchrooms but not a busy deli or supermarket.
