Hi, I love this sequence!!! I tried a class a few months ago and was hooked on release 50 ... the class is great but I appreciate the opportunity to just watch how it's supposed to be done. This is my favorite track and now I can do it every morning ... with you :)THANKS!!! .... you do a GREAT job :)
