@Audimaro when you actually "train hard"....you dont think about things like that....unless your a girl....yes it may be stupid, but at the same time i have a point!
I respect that he got the weight up... I'm not so sure on the technique. It looked like he was using alot of upper back instead of using his glutes or hamstrings.
Don't be decieved at stiff legged deadlift, most people say it's bad for your back but it's not, ronnie coleman has been doing it for pretty much his entire bodybuilding career and he's still kickin and throwin around weights, trust me stiff legged deads are an insane workout that definently adds mass, strength, and confidence, but if done without a belt than your fuck but that goes for any kind of deadlift. I Do stiffs dead every friday because normal ones are to easy! knees aren't needed!
true, its a medical fact, they compress the lower vertebrae giving a feeling of secureness, but thats all. also they can actually weaken the lower spinal erectae
having a feeling of secureness by compressing the lower vertebrae is not a medical fact, all weight belts do is force you to suck in your gut with contracts your abs which is what really supports your lower back, that's why all the fat fucks at walmart wear those dummass "lower back supports"
Nothing to do with pushing your abs out against the belt, thus creating intra-abdominal pressure which helps stabilise the vertebral column? Most people don't know how to use a belt, and most crappy belts can be rolled about in one hand. Powerlifting belts help most with I.A.P
stiff legs work your hammys more, bent focuses on back. stick to your lesbian kissing vids and leave the workout vids for the b.builders.. normal too easy pfrrrrt?
ronnie said he has been gettin weaker since 02 because of back problems, he slipped more than one disc and that was the reason he lost in 07 cause of the lat problem......
That's hilarious. Ronnie is literally pound for pound the world strongest bodybuilder. 250lbs dumbbell shrugs ain't no walk in the park. But yeah i do believe the back problems. Being 40 and lifting that heavy ass weight takes balls
Não é possível aquilo ter 26,69 kg ou seja 610 libras x o,4536 e aqui temos 276, 69 kg aproximadamente. É um logro. It's fake, that olimpic bar does not have suche amont of lb. Shame one that fake boy.
