  • Don't be decieved at stiff legged deadlift, most people say it's bad for your back but it's not, ronnie coleman has been doing it for pretty much his entire bodybuilding career and he's still kickin and throwin around weights, trust me stiff legged deads are an insane workout that definently adds mass, strength, and confidence, but if done without a belt than your fuck but that goes for any kind of deadlift. I Do stiffs dead every friday because normal ones are to easy! knees aren't needed!
