  • Awesome use of chromaticism. Why worry about scales when you can just use all 12 notes.

  • Pls dude i dont get the point which scale do you use theres many chromatic in it O.o

  • i think i c what u did thar

  • Rotflmao. That was great

  • @kanye west

shut the fuck up kanye nobody likes you -__-

  • Roo, only you and Eric Johnson can go from string skipping and sweeping to a country lick and make it sound like a million bucks. very sharp.

  • wat scales do you ecomend 4 country style?

  • Major and minor pentatonics, but mix them. But overall country is more focussed on the chords, a bit like jazz.. Look for notes that sound dissonant in a cool way. This solo is a great example.

  • Yeah like funkify said it is alot like jazz so you would play the scale according to what chord is being played, like if a Gmajor chord is being played you can play the Gmajor scale, you can also use modes for example if an Am chord is being played you can play the G major scale over it which would make in the A dorian (dorian being the mode) scale, it takes alot more thinking than just play one scale over a series of chords but thats how its done man.

  • nice playing man.

  • hey roo wats u i should also put the backtrack in the descriptions so we can play along..

thanks ur great by the way
