the fly is probably slipping on the shaft. hold the shaft with one finger and see if you can turn the fly easily. if loose you need to remove the fly, and tighten it on the shaft. jim
Hi. My ansonia strikes extremely fast. I don't know if the fly should be replaced. To my knowledge the fly is the only thing that regulates the speed the clock strikes at.
