I bought a brita filter instead of buying plastic bottled water, I don't agree with paying a deposit and a recylcing fee. I thought it was safe, but Brita if you read the filter, it contains Flouride! great :( and most the table salt for sale is oidized.

Here's something everyone in the U.S. to remember: if the price of an item is low, then without looking at the label you can bet it has artificial ingredients such as Aspartame and High Fructose Corn Syrup. A good example is maple syrup. If it costs less than $3.00/bottle, then it's made with said ingredients. Check for yourself the next time you visit the grocery store. Once you have figured it out, you won't have to look at the labels as much. Just pay attention to the price.
@iorost There are many different filters that will remove the fluoride, but make sure it specifically says it will remove fluoride. Fluoride is difficult to remove from water, and most carbon/charcoal filters will not remove it.
I started taking CALCIUM TABLETS and my tooth cavities got better and even stopped decaying. They were triggered by just a few weeks of fluoride tooth whitening mouth wash.

The only problem with Organic labeled foods, is that they are grown in the same soil that was used for decades.
The pesticides and chemicals have saturated the soil and are being absorbed into this so-called Organic foods.
Don't be fooled into thinking these foods are healthy. The only way to get healthy organic foods, is to grow them yourself.

Buy any rat poison from any retailer and it will always be sodium fluoride!!. Not to mention it could also be carrying urine-excreted pharmaceutical drugs, industrial or agri waste/runoff, etc.
Bottled water is "better" but it's not any kind of guarantee.

Here's something everyone in the U.S. to remember: if the price of an item is low, then without looking at the label you can bet it has artificial ingredients such as Aspartame and High Fructose Corn Syrup. A good example is maple syrup. If it costs less than $3.00/bottle, then it's made with said ingredients. Check for yourself the next time you visit the grocery store. Once you have figured it out, you won't have to look at the labels as much. Just pay attention to the price.

@iorost There are many different filters that will remove the fluoride, but make sure it specifically says it will remove fluoride. Fluoride is difficult to remove from water, and most carbon/charcoal filters will not remove it.
