Honestly a good way to prevent bullying would be to have kids have an older mentor, cause many kids feel like they can't relate to their parents or that their parents will understand them or be able to see the situation in their kid's shoes. An older mentor who is a good role-model and can listen to the kid's problems and instruct them would do a world of good.

This is a horrible thing to happen to someone. And I'm sure that a lot of people are saying this in concord NH. But as this shows, no one is doing anything about it. If people did something to stop this. Such as a No Tolerance for Bullying Policy or if people actually grew a pair and stood up for the little guy, and showed that this is not okay, Things like this may not have happen.
