You need to get the robot fixed. That clicking could mean debris stuck in the brush gears.  The gears could deform and you have to buy a new robot.

the name was originally Dinah cuz we were told he was a she.  when we found out otherwise, we couldnt really agree on a unisex or male name for him, and he likes to get into trouble... so we were always like "you fucker..." and it stuck. if you met him, you'd totally understand.

i know how to fix that!!!! Just put rubber bumpers over the tiny brush bearing and the clunking stops. this is the worst ive heard

Yeah it def. sounded like something was either stuck in the roller brush or the brush was lose all together. Ours was making that noise once and I found grandpas old diabetes dog tag in the roller!!!
