Ehhh..... I don't MIND NaruSaku, but it just seems... off. Sakura seems way more into Sasuke, (though I doubt he will ever like her back), and there is someone already who loves Naruto. NaruHina seems a bit closer to what could happen, since out of the girls in Naruto, Hinata is the one he's closest to, aside from Sakura. Sorry for rambling, but I just felt like throwing my opinion out there. ^^;

my version of a cliche ending: naruto become an hokage, change sasuke's heart, die heroically for the village, sakura ends up with sasuke (hence naruto's promise to sakura fulfilled), and sakura & sasuke will bear a child who acts just like naruto (and named after naruto).

Sasuke, while important to the story, is sort of drawing Naruto with Sakura and vice versa. Sakura sees how hard he tries to bring him back and admires him for it. Then in eps. 70-80 you start to see she goes a little farther than admiration. Sakura only thinks of Sasuke during a narusaku moment because she doesn't know who to choose. THEN in the manga she is sad because she knows Hinata loves him. Face the facts! Maybe read a manga b4 u start a discussion on it.
