IS true, I have tried and it works. BEST mattress I ever have I dont have back pains anymore. PSST allow yourself about 35 days for your body to get used to the mattress.

@eal1011 your are correct. i had a tempurpedic then switched back to spring now am switching back to tempupedic. it literally puts you into a deep sleep and gets rid of back and neck and shoulder pains no joke!
