  • They should use the x in a new metroid game!

  • Taming the X... not possible.

  • @ANightSkye dude the galactic federation may try, u know, currupt government and stuff.

  • i liki the original theme more , but very nice work!

  • If the Federation manage to control the SA-X they deserve the highest possible props that can be givin. Because capturing and controlling that would be very similar to taming Dark Samus.. And We ALL know how tough that one is.

  • @Thatblackgothdude Dat Apocalypse.

  • It seems the powers that be in Metroid don't understand that things like Metroids or X cannot be tamed.

  • @MetroidMan95 are you sure because last time a checked, if a metroid hatches in front of a human it will be tame. or at least love that person...

  • @Duder5k Hence why baby 'Troid followed Samus :3

  • The Federation needs to think out its whole approach on these things again

  • Why would the Federation want the SA-X in the first place? I guess because it can clone itself, but if it keeps multiplying, eventually it'll adapt and realize it can overthrow the Federation. But the Federation doesn't realize that, although Samus quit, she still does contracts with the Federation as seen in most of the Metroid games. And if the Federation is against bioweapons, then why the hell would they use Metroids? (possibly new Metroid game?)

  • @TacticalJuice The federation is mostly interested in the X's capacities to create almost anything out of organic materials. They can create missiles, ammo, armor, structures, powerful warriors by combining information that they have gained from their victims.

  • sounds like Other M music but kinda lower the beat lolss

  • What IS NightMare?

  • @PandaSleepy nightmare is a boss in the game metroid fusion I FKING HATE HIM

  • @PandaSleepy im pretty sure nightmare may have been a bio weapon the galactic federation created, im not sure i havent played fusion in a while but nightmare is also in metroid: other m

  • @17302629 That is exactly right. They could not control it though I think, so they froze it. I forget why, probably the SA-X or the boiler room nearly melting down, released Nightmare from his freeze. So my guess is after Other M, then froze him in Fusion, and in Fusion, he was finally killed.

  • @priceofeggsinchina i think that makes sense

  • @priceofeggsinchina ummm i dont think so it was a weapon cause it was the bubbly thin ha im a real fan of metroid but i forgot wat those things where called how samus got some of her powers but my suggestion is that one of the bubbly thingys got cought in a weapon of some sort idk but i rly dought it was a federation weapon sorry for porr spelling

  • @chaoexperemneter You haven't played Fusion then. Because in the game they say it was a failed Federation bioweapon. The Federation are horrible people, play Fusion and you will see what I mean. So it is not out of character for them to use a deadly bioweapon, they wanted the SA-X as a weapon as well.

  • @priceofeggsinchina do they think they can control SA-X, how stupid can they be

  • @freshbreath3 Spoilers for Fusion, do not read further unless you want it spoiled or beat the game............................................

They were breeding metroids in the BSL station, so another words, they wanted to weaponize the metroids JUST like the Space Pirates. The Federation are not really good people, or they have become severly corrupt. Politics I guess.

  • @priceofeggsinchina like i said they're complete idiots

    i hope you agree

  • @freshbreath3 Oh yeah, they are complete idiots. They have now made an enemy, and you never want Samus coming after you.

  • @priceofeggsinchina cause she will destroy you with a blink of an eye

  • Itz haz da scariness! O__O

  • Why did they SPOILER! SPOILER! SPOILER! SPOILER! SPOILER! SPOILER! SPOILER! SPOILER! SPOILER! SPOILER! SPOILER! SPOILER! SPOILER! SPOILER! SPOILER! SPOILER! SPOILER! SPOILER! SPOILER! SPOILER! SPOILER! SPOILER! SPOILER! SPOILER! SPOILER! SPOILER! SPOILER! SPOILER! Not really... put this in other m!?
  • The Prime Games are considered a side-story. They DO have a place in the timeline, but according to Nintendo, they are not canonical. Basically, if Nintendo don't make it themselves, it's not canon.

Oh and about the LoZ timeline, the director of Skyward Sword has said that they are careful not to say that a certain game is the "first" in the series, because that would mean that nothing comes before it. HOWEVER, they can and do say that X game occurs before/after game Y

  • @omegathunderstorm Wait...Prime is non-canon because it was developed by Retro Studios, right? By that logic, shouldn't that mean Other M is non-canon also since Team Ninja developed it?

Questioning Nintendo's logic here, not yours. :P

  • @GerudoGanon Team Ninja are japanese and can ask whoever is running the timeline (Since Mr Yokoi is n longer with us) so that the game could fit into the timeline better. Retro Studios is an American Studio who made a series of games that while they fit into the timeline, introduced a few things (The Luminoth, Phazon, All planets used in the games)

From the reaction I've seen regarding Other M, a lot of people would prefer it out of their personal canon

  • @GerudoGanon not entirely. prime was between the first and second game, with M being after super metroid and a bridge to fusion. the seeker missile may be a reference to prime 2 and 3, as it was only present in those 2 games. so in theory, its possible she learned the use of the weapons from the prime series there, and as such if it was non cannon she wouldnt know how to use them.

  • Metroid Zero Mission Metroid Prime / Metroid Prime Pinball Metroid Prime Hunters Metroid Prime Echoes Metroid Prime 3 Corruption Metroid 2 Return of Samus Super Metroid Metroid Other M Metroid Fusion If you want to argue further just keep in mind that this is a timeline that Nintendo themselves have printed countless times. Trying to prove otherwise would be you going against Nintendo. Now, are we going to get around to using these comments for something that they're supposed to be used for?
  • @Darren1986 for a while i thought the order was different thatn that, but i figured it out myself once you think about it that is the correct order

  • This style could really have worked for Nightmare in Metroid: Other M. There wasn't enough memorable themes in the game and this would certainly have been one of them.

I love the theme, great job!

  • its real simple Metroid manga's(not all but most) metroid (zero mission ) prime series metroid II super metroid Other m fusion the reason the fusion suit is in prime is that it's an extra when you eother connect you're games with each other (prime and fusion) or in the trilogy bundle you buy it in the extra menu(tokens) there is no split timeline also unlike most nintendo games with manga's the manga's are considered canon ps: i'm expecting another metroid based after fusion
  • I hope they make a new side scroller metroid, NOT for fucking Wii. I'd accept DS. However gameboy advanced would be the best option, even though Nintendo will never go back to that :(

  • @LyokoBarbossa

What are you talking about? Fusion is the end of the series (hopefully new metroids still come out) and it doesnt split off. The only reason Prime has the fusion suit is probably because both games came out the same year, but the series only has one direction

  • played this with enhancemnts to my sound, very epic with echo,

to make this sound even MORE epic play this while having environments set to auditorium, and equalized to dance while listening to it to make it sound like it's on a huge sound system

  • @bionicmac Unfortunately, I have to correct you as Metroid Fusion and the first of the three Metroid Prime games came out on the same year. Both were made to have two distinct timelines; two alternative universes.

The latest game is Metroid Trilogy and soon to be Metroid: Other M.

  • @LyokoBarbossa

He meant "latest game" as in the series timeline, not release date.

  • @rhapsodythebest

That's what I first got to when I mentioned Metroid Prime. Both series split off in different directions from Super Metroid.

  • @LyokoBarbossa metroid prime 1 is chronologically the second metroid, back when it came out, and fusion is chronologically the absolute last.

  • @ddustyk I have to disagree with you about that. There's a major factor proving that theory wrong: the planet Metroid Prime I takes place on. The planet you play on in Metroid II is SR-388 while the one you play on in Metroid Prime I is Tallon IV.

Another distinctive clue against this is during gameplay of Metroid Prime I, Space Pirate logs talk about the failed operations on SR-388 and Zebes, both courtesy of Samus, aka The Hunter.

  • @LyokoBarbossa metroid II isnt chronologically the second in the timeline. and zebes was where metroid, and zero mission took place which are basically the same game, and they were first in the timeline. but idk about SR-388. on the old metroid website before they changed it to tailor to the new games, had a timeline of where all the games fit in the timeline.

  • @ddustyk I have to stop ya there again, ddustyk. Super Metroid Explains that Samus has already fought Mother Brain on Zebes once, back in Metroid I, then was sent to SR-388 to kill all the metroids, in Metroid II. This is in the intro movie. Another thing to remember is that Space Pirates love to resurrect their leaders. The only acceptions to this is Metroid: Zero Mission, which is a complete overhaul of the first Metroid game, and Metroid Fusion, where the Space Pirates had no involvement.

  • @LyokoBarbossa super metroid comes after the prime series, but before fusion. metroid II comes after prime but before super metroid. she is tasked with eliminating metroids in Metroid 2 once and for all, and as you (should) know, metroids are plentiful in the prime series. ridley was killed once and for all in fusion, where ridley fell apart after the X took over its body in the sub-zero containment. so the timeline goes something like, zero mission/metroid, prime, II, Super, "other M?" ,fusion.

  • @LyokoBarbossa idk where other M fits in the timeline so i just stuck it somehwere lol

  • @ddustyk right after super metroid

  • @ddustyk Yeah, Right after Super Metroid, but before Fusion. Also, we are getting into one of the biggest Nintendo gaming debates in history, next to figuring out the storyline of the Legend of Zelda, where Nintendo specified that there IS NO timeline between the games. They just exist.

This might very well be the case for the Metroid games.

  • @LyokoBarbossa well im going off of what the official metroid website said, so thats my source, but they changed the site since then. i heard so many things about the legend of zelda, like it splits off into different timelines, but the one i like to believe is that they are all different re-tellings of the same story. anyway, i enjoyed that debate with you and im glad we kept it civil, which is rare online these days.

  • @ddustyk Oi yoi yoi, no kidding. In any case, I was going by personal investigations, personal gameplay, and videos of in-game scenarios as to what is going on. I, too, enjoyed that debate.

Honestly speaking I never thought I had it in me.

  • @LyokoBarbossa what are u guys arguing about...i lost track lol

  • It would make sense for Fusion to be at the end of the whole series. Think about it, if Samus was injected with metroid DNA at the beginning of fusion, then wouldn't you think the metroids in the Prime series would think of samus as a metroid?

  • @TacticalJuice Chronologically, Fusion is the latest game dude. Samus contained no Metroid DNA during the Prime trilogy.

  • Check out Samus Aran's sexy legs and ass in this, I'm not perverted but damn! Too bad she ain't real... Nightmare needs to NOT be damaged.

  • @TheJockman117 Seriously dude, a drawing? You ARE perverted if you think this is sexy.

  • I killed this dude less than 40 seconds once!

  • darm nintendo has some creepy bosses

  • he'd look cool without any damage and just by looking at the detail, he'd look much bigger.

  • It seems as though Nightmare is damaged when you fight him. Watch videos of fights look at his arms and look at this concept art. I wonder what he would be like not damaged. *shivers*

  • @Dragworker maybe his arms where attached to link cuffs to keep him in check. when the x infected him, they forcibly ripped his arms away, damaging them, but freeing nightmare in the process.

  • @robloxfan459 thats a great idea never thought of that.

  • They could've used him for Phendrana Drifts and use this song. They should've had you encounter him at the Gravity Chamber. He would've submerged into the ground after taking the Gravity Suit upgrade and have you fight him inside The Crashed Frigate at the Reactor Core where Nightmare emerges even stronger than he was when you fought him in Metroid Fusion

  • he would've been different cuz instead of manipulating gravity, he can move freely in an underwater environment and with his propeller between his arms he could use that as a weapon.

  • @xPiTchBlaCKx22 That... makes no sense. Metroid Fusion happens well after Prime in the series canon. If anything, you would have fought Nightmare before it was ripped apart - probably even before it was infected by the X.

  • @omegakyogre If I know right, Fusion is the last of the series...

  • with the Fusion Suit on its not easy to beat Nightmare cuz his hits do more damage

  • kinda sound Kid Buus theme from Dragonball Z

  • Whats the music called?

  • Download link or GTFO.

    I'm kidding, I'd easily pay for this...If I weren't a broke student.

  • wow, this music is awesome....

Im thinking in putting nightmare in the game, but with some different things.

  • Nice pic! I love it! Nightmare, one of Metroid Fusion's bosses.
