@DragonFlyback256 The motor is 4160 Volt. It is considered 'medium voltage'. Many of the larger industrial applications use this voltage instead of 460V.
Whether 4kV is considered to be HV or MV depends IMHO on the industry it's applied in; for me, any voltage from the point it is able to create a 1 atmosphere corona discharge, is high voltage. Anyway, thanks for the info.
What sort of location would a large screw compressor like this be in? Some sort of manufacturing?
