Yes, the transitions could have been better, but know that this was a quick impromptu solo forced to be speedy in between phone calls at a public Guitar Center. So you are just seeing a speedy version without the normal clean transitions. Check out some of his other vids. We will check yours out as well.

This was a great solo, until he started the rim clicks. I know he's young and we should be too harsh on him, but he has potential, and needs to be worked hard. Justice, I'd highly suggest working on developing creative ways to chain things together. Some of the ideas in here were great, but didn't flow very well in the context of the solo. Also, I noticed a few tempo swings here and there. Whenever you want to jam out, try putting a metronome in your ear and playing along.
