No the screenpack comes with the annoucer...

I not really sure what any of the files do... I just know that the announcer is part of the screenpack like Kamek's Screenpack... So you have to have the screenpack for the announcer to say stuff like "Tech Hit" and "First Attack"...

Mugen and type it in Google you'll find it in the first link but you must add the characters and stages yourself...

i cant even put 1 character on my mugen i dont know how ive downloaded like 3 but there not on there

Open your "data" folder, and then "select"

You should see open spaces, put the folders name into there ex. if your characters folder name is "SuperMario" then, you input "SuperMario, random"

That's weird I thought I fixed that glitch. Nice fight btw,must've been hard fighting both Bowser and Kamek alone when Mario died.
