Well excuse my suggestion, but if there are close to 100,000 patients on Tysabri now after 5 years, how many lives has it saved ? I would guess up to 1,000 lives saved after all this time, or it soon will be. They are on it because they need to be on it.

According to Reuters, an official, unbiased news source, there are only 56,000 patients who remain on Tysabri. For your convenience, I've placed a clickable link in the description of the video. Biogen Elan marketing claims "75,000" have been prescribed Tysabri, but fails to say that only 56,000 remain on it for one reason or another. The link is in the description of the video
Very sobering. I have no rerets of stopping my tysabri last oct. I was at 4 years. I took my risk and thank God I am ok. I have not heard how long you must be off of tysabri to be out of the woods for pml to present itself.
Extremely thought provoking. Thank you very much for the research and the video. I just had my 40th dose. I was very fortunate to meet Angela and Judy in May 2010....before the Dx. Thanks to brave Angela, Judy and you, the risk is not worth continuing tysabri.
