New Year, Computer Dying, Feeling shame, being honest

I think it's great for us all to be honest. I know at times I mask my real feelings. I'm going to share more and be more open. Good for you resting the temptation of the cake. It's often hard to follow an eating lifestyle like i-fasting when the family does not. I'm adding a new dimension to said lifestyle that is going to be quite challenging...low carb.
